how much is postage? TOP
Delivery Prices within Australia
Our delivery prices start at $10 and that is for up to 3kg of goodies! Prices are calculated during the checkout. Here's the prices:
- 0 to 3 Kilos: $10.00
- Up to 5 Kilos: $15.00
- Up to 10 Kilos: $20.00
- Up to 15 Kilos: $25.00
Larger items and weights over 15 kilos you will be contacted with a quote.
Here's some examples of weights:
Pettiskirt: 500 grams each
Tutu Skirt: 250 grams each
T-shirt: 250 grams each
So, with the exception of our larger or heavier items, you will get up to 3 kilos for $10.00.
For delivering the goods, Me Tutu uses Australia Post Express Satchels or the services of Time Saver Couriers.
Freight on some of our larger items to remote areas may incur additional delivery charges. In these cases we will contact you to discuss the shipping charges.
Delivery Prices International
International orders are sent air mail through Australia Post and the following rates are charged:
New Zealand
- 0 to 750g: $15
- 750g to 1.25kg: $20
- 1.25kg to 2kg: $33
- 2kg to 3kg: $39
USA and Canada
- 0 to 500g: $15.50
- 500g to 1kg: $30
- 1kg to 1.5kg: $41
- 1.5kg to 2kg: $51.50
Asia Pacific
- 0 to 500g: $14.00
- 500g to 1kg: $22.50
- 1kg to 1.5kg: $32.50
- 1.5kg to 2 kg: $42.50

what is your returns/refund policy TOP
We pride ourselves on selling only quality products. All our goods are thoroughly checked prior to despatch.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product we must be contacted within 7 days upon receipt of your goods. You will be provided with a Returns Authorization Number. Once you have your returns authorisation number please return the items to us. All clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags still attached. Other items must be in original packaging and unused.
You will also need to enclose a postage satchel large enough to fit your return items.
Refunds
We endeavour to thoroughly check all items before they are dispatched. If however you do find a fault we will happily offer you a store credit, exchange or refund. Please note that all sales are final after 7 days so please make sure you thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. Please note we cannot offer you a refund if you have worn or used your clothing or goods, the tags have been removed, or the item has been washed. Please follow the care labels instructions and where instructed hand wash only (do not wash in a washing machine), this will give your precious items a longer life!
Please contact us regarding your faulty item and we will provide you with a returns authorisation number. Once you have this, please return the item to us and once we have received it will either refund you your purchase amount or send out the requested exchange item.
